The Library includes a great collection of books on pharmaceutics, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry, pharmacognosy, and biotechnology, as well as journals. It has separate collections of reference books, pharmacopeia, bound volumes of periodicals, theses, videocassettes, compact discs, and microforms. The library uses OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), which allows users to search the Library Online Catalogue by author name, title, subject, and keywords available on the campus LAN. The HELINET Consortium (Health Science Library and Information Network), developed by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, is an advanced digital library system that supports education and research in health sciences. It provides access to a vast range of international resources, including over 20,000 e-journals, 20,000 e-books, 40,000 dissertations, and various databases and multimedia materials. Our college has been given access to this consortium, enabling both students and faculty to utilize these resources for academic and research purposes.
